At Maya’s Design Studio, we are honored to collaborate with leading professionals across the fields of construction, high-end real estate, and luxury development. Over the past few years, we’ve built strong partnerships with talented builders, exceptional vendors, and visionary teams who share our commitment to excellence, creativity, and client satisfaction.
This page is dedicated to celebrating those collaborations — showcasing the incredible projects, partnerships, and progress we’ve made together. From luxury residential and commercial developments to senior-living communities, our shared goal has always been to deliver refined, functional, and timeless design experiences.
We’re now expanding our full professional interior design and remodeling services into the healthcare sector, offering beautiful, efficient, and wellness-focused spaces that serve both professionals and the community.
With two master’s degrees — one in Interior Design and one in MBA Marketing — I’ve learned how design and business strategy go hand in hand. It’s this combination that allows our team to grow, innovate, and consistently bring projects to life with passion, precision, and purpose.
Together with our partners, we’re proud to continue building environments that inspire, support, and elevate the people who live and work in them.
I’m deeply passionate about educating others on the power of interior design, how it shapes our daily lives, and elevates every business environment. Combining my MBA in Marketing with my interior design background, I lead workshops that empower audiences to see design as a strategic business tool.

Check out this great design that transcends time; this 1886 door from the Driskill Hotel inspired a classic yet fresh interior. Rich wood, ivory tones, and bespoke details come together in perfect harmony!
I’ve known Maya for several years, and as a real estate agent in Austin, I’ve had the privilege of seeing firsthand how her design work transforms homes. The Austin market has been especially challenging lately for properties priced over $1 million, so when my clients asked me to sell their home, I knew we needed to make strategic updates to stand out.
The homeowners were open to improvements, and I immediately thought of Maya. She came to the house right away, assessed what would make the biggest impact, and presented a detailed plan that balanced design and budget perfectly. Her recommendations focused on updates that truly moved the needle: Kitchen cabinets, backsplash, bathroom vanities, paint, plumbing, and light fixtures.
What impressed me most was her efficiency. She sourced materials quickly, stayed within a very reasonable budget, and completed all the work in just two weeks. The transformation was stunning. The home looked refreshed, modern, and market-ready, and the homeowners were thrilled.
Within two months of listing, the home was sold, and I credit that success to Maya’s expertise and vision. Her ability to elevate a property’s appeal while staying practical and cost-conscious is unmatched. If you’re considering selling your home or just wanting to update and remodel, I strongly recommend engaging Maya.

I am pleased to offer my highest recommendation for Maya's Design Studio. I had the opportunity to work with Maya on a recent remodel project, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish.
Maya is extremely knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and professional in every aspect of her work. She brought a level of expertise that elevated the entire project—anticipating challenges, offering creative solutions, and ensuring that every selection and design choice aligned perfectly with the homeowner’s goals. Her communication throughout the process was excellent, and she maintained a positive, collaborative approach that made the remodel seamless.
What truly stood out was Maya’s commitment to quality and client satisfaction. She was so involved, engaged, and always a step ahead, which made everyone's job easier and helped deliver an outstanding result for the homeowner.
I would gladly work with Maya's Design Studio again and highly recommend her to anyone seeking a reliable, talented, and visionary design professional.

This transformation was part of a wonderful collaboration with @georgeluxuryrealtor a real estate agent, who invited Maya’s Design Studio to help prepare this home for the market. We’re thrilled with the result!
What an honor to be a guest on Travis Makes Money! 🎙️✨
I’m truly grateful for the opportunity to sit down with Travis and share my journey, experiences, and passion for entrepreneurship, interior design, and building a business with purpose.
Throughout it all, my faith is my anchor. I believe every blessing comes from Him, and I’m deeply grateful for the guidance, strength, and opportunities He continues to place in my path. I loved our conversation about the power of design, creating....
Great interior design is about much more than choosing beautiful furniture or finding the perfect color. It can influence how people feel, work, live, and experience a space.
On a recent episode of The Flex Forward Podcast, I had the pleasure of sitting down with Maya Moghadam, founder and CEO of Maya’s Design Studio, to talk about interior design, entrepreneurship, creativity, and building spaces with purpose.
Maya’s connection to design started early. Her mother owned an architecture company, while her father was a business owner and involved in art education. Growing up around architecture, art, and entrepreneurship gave Maya an early foundation for the career she would eventually build.
She became involved in interior design at 21 and co-founded her first company at 24. After spending 12 years building that business, Maya made a major life change: she moved to the United States and had to start over.
During our conversation, Maya explained how living and working in different countries helped her understand different cultures and perspectives. Today, she brings those experiences into her work, creating spaces around each client’s individual needs instead of taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
One part of our conversation that stood out to me was Maya’s approach to unexpected challenges.
She shared a story about a construction project where her team discovered an HVAC element in the middle of a house that wasn’t shown on the plans they had received. It could have become an expensive and frustrating problem.
Instead of panicking, Maya looked for a creative solution. Her team incorporated the unexpected structure into the design and created a nook that ultimately became one of the clients’ favorite features.
It was a great example of an idea we discussed during the interview: challenges can sometimes happen for us rather than simply to us.
Maya believes interior design should not be viewed simply as a luxury. Our surroundings can influence how we relax, work, function, and feel.
That philosophy is especially important in senior living environments, where accessibility, functionality, comfort, and well-being all need to work together.
We also talked about entrepreneurship, mentorship, faith, and Maya’s advice to professionals: find your niche, learn it deeply, and work toward becoming the go-to expert instead of trying to follow everyone else’s path.
There’s much more to Maya’s story, and I invite you to hear our full conversation,
